Job Description:
Candidate:
The technician’s duties mainly revolve around their interaction with test subjects, and operation of the Eye-Com Lab Drive Simulator, Eye-Com, and various EEG/EMG/EOG/ECG equipment, as well as computers running the Windows XP Pro environment.
The candidate should have:
- Ability to work professionally with test subjects
- Ability to work with high tech, sensitive equipment
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot on the spot
- Ability to monitor recordings and make adjustments as needed to ensure study quality
- Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial attitude for start-up venture.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Residence in or willing to relocate to the Reno, NV work area.
Responsibilities:

Develop basic operating knowledge of:
- Data Acquisition Software
- Real Time Technology, Inc. SimVista Drive Simulator Software
- Systems Technology, Inc. STISim Drive Simulator Software
- Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office
- Test Of Variables of Attention (TOVA)
- Various simulation programs, such as Microsoft Flight Sim X
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of:
- EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG recording technologies
- Sleep stage scoring for EEG
